We got to the cliffs and I saw the highest cliff which was probably about 40 feet and I was like, oh ya I do wanna jump off, it doesn't look that bad.
But it did take some time for me. But I was convinced that I was going to jump. So I watched some others jump for a while...

And then Kyra went. I thought, oh she made that look so easy. I'm gonna do it! So I jumped and when I hit the water all I felt was PAIN! I came up and was trying everything not to cry.
Leave it up to me to complicate things. Everyone jumped with flying colors and then there is me. Apparently I sat. I felt like I was straight legged but everyone else said differently. Now I have bruises on the outside and inside of my legs, a bruised tailbone and maybe even a little bit of a bruised ego. All I can say is Ouch that hurt!

All I can say is WOW - Brad really needs a tan! :) I am sorry about your legs. I would LOVE to do something like that - Jump I mean...
Ouch!!! That looks like it hurt bad! Was it at least fun b4 u hit the water? I'm always wanting to cliff jump but now I'm not so sure
GOOD CRAP SHEENA!!! That is some pretty intense bruising! At least you didn't do a full on backflop...I have witnessed a few of those back in my cliff jumping days!
Ditto to Lindsey! Good thing it wasn't belly flop or back flop haha! Seriously gives me heebie jeebies looking at your bruises!
Yikes, Sista! That takes me back to my high school days! I thought I was so cool dating a returned missionary until we were doing something similar. I had about the same experience as you- but he stopped calling me!!! So glad you are married! AND Brad- you do need a tan! You're about as white as my hubby! It must be a farmer thing!
